How to Participate
Dominion Energy is partnering with Resideo Technologies to optimize your heat pump water heater(s). Simply enroll your qualifying heat pump water heater in the program. We’ll take care of the rest, while you enjoy extra savings and incentives—just for participating!
Start Saving
Earn up to $40 for participating in Dominion Energy’s Water Energy Demand Response Program for your first year of participation, and $10 per year thereafter.
When you sign up for the program, you allow Dominion Energy to make minor, short-term adjustments to your device’s settings. This small change reduces power use during periods of high demand for electricity and reduces strain on the electric grid.
How to earn the rewards:
- Enroll your heat pump water heater(s) in the program and receive $40 after your first year of enrollment. Plus, if you participate in at least 75% of the events during the year, you will receive an additional $10, for a total first-year incentive award of $50, and $10 per year thereafter.
It’s easy, get started today! Enroll your eligible heat pump water heater in the Water Energy Demand Response program. You will receive a confirmation email once your enrollment has been processed.
