What are the terms and conditions?

This offer does not apply to Honeywell Home thermostats installed through the CPS Energy Smart Thermostat or Peak Saver Programs. To qualify for the bill credit, customers must install a Wi-Fi thermostat approved by CPS Energy, enroll in the WiFi Thermostat Rewards program and allow CPS Energy to periodically control and interrupt service to manage peak energy periods. Each year, following the end of September, a $30 bill credit will be applied to an enrolled customer’s bill. The WiFi Thermostat Rewards program is subject to change without prior notice.

Is there a program privacy policy?

This website is operated by Resideo Energy Management for the Connected Savings platform on behalf of Honeywell and CPS Energy. Information collected will be used by Resideo Energy Management and Honeywell in accordance with this privacy policy and may be shared with CPS Energy. Information shared with CPS Energy will be subject to  CPS Energy’s privacy policy, which is available at https://www.cpsenergy.com/en/footers/privacy-policies.html

What are the eligibility requirements?

To be eligible, you must have:

  • A CPS Energy residential electric account.
  • Wi-Fi network.
  • An approved Honeywell Home Wi-Fi thermostat that controls the home’s heating and cooling systems

What is the My Thermostat Rewards program?

This program combines proprietary weather data with thermostat data to automatically deliver comfort and savings during times of peak energy demand. We build an energy model of your home to understand how it reacts to various weather conditions. Using this model, we will make brief, limited adjustments to your thermostat during the summer to reduce demand on the electric grid while keeping you comfortable. You are always in control and can override the settings at any time.

How do I un-enroll or opt-out of this program?

This process can take up to 5 business days. You will need to include your Total Connect Comfort (TCC) or Lyric username. In addition, any feedback you can provide to help us improve will be valued.
